  • I thought llumar CTX is lesser tier than pinnacle which is lesser than stratos. Signature Glass Tinting has better yelp review and better no-fault.

I'm planning to do Llumar CTX. The Pinnacle F1 is great too; both by Llumar and made by the same manufacturer (CP Films, Solutia, Eastman.

Oct 16, $ ctx by a shop listed on the llumar website as authorized dealer I would go with the Authorized dealer with less reviews, Llumar dealer.

I have full Crystalline all around including my precious moonroof , it doesn't interfere with the HUD. Originally Posted by Arcades. I have it on my car, it's terrific. I'm planning to do Llumar CTX. Find More Posts by martial.

Select between Llumar ATC, Llumar ATR or Llumar CTX film for your Car Tint Kits

Hi there, did some research to find some pics of Llumar CTX 30 and really only found one example http: In a perfect world, they would offer a CTX 20 which I think would be the ideal look for what I am after but Llumar only has 15 and 30, nothing in between. I feel that CTX 15 may be a tad too dark on the M3, but also didn't find many good pictures of it so I could be wrong, found a bunch of M4 though just really torn on what to do.

Was hoping folks here could share some pics to maybe help my decision making. I found a bunch of CTX 35 pics and felt it was too light for me. I'll also be putting some film on the windshield, most likely 3M Crystaline 70 or 60, undecided there too. The intentions behind the windshield tint will be to help with heat, some privacy, but mostly UV protection for my leather dash.

I do have heads-up, any concerns there at all? Check this LINK out. Last edited by Rooz; at Find More Posts by Rooz. Hi there I have the set up you're looking for on my m3. There is no issues with the HUD and imo the tint does help with the overall heat rejection.

My last M3 had huper all around and nothing on the windshield and the heat still crept in. I also have a black interior so i felt like it would help darken the tint. Will snap some pics later today so you can see. I have full Crystalline all around including my precious moonroof , it doesn't interfere with the HUD.

None of the ceramic window tints effect the HUD. Originally Posted by Lups. Find More Posts by Richy Rich. Originally Posted by Arcades. Originally Posted by martial. Originally Posted by Richy Rich. Nope in the end I think it worked out. My black interior it makes the tint appear much darker.

Mostly depends on what you're after. If you want something that actually performs well against the elements, look into higher grade films.
