While either transmission mates well with the rorty V-6, the manual is the best choice for the enthusiast. Nissan added LED running lights, which are becoming as prevalent as rear view mirrors, to the front fascia. I prefer to receive internal offers and promotions. Nissan Z Reviews and Rating | Motortrend

A classic sports car designed with a modern flair, the Nissan Z features a sporting performance to match its athletic appearance. Offered in two body styles and an upgraded Touring trim level, the Z comes loaded with great standard features no matter which choice is made. Its commanding road performance and thrilling ride rival any of its competitors, putting this sports car miles ahead of the competition in many respects.

The sporty Z receives a mild face-lift in that includes a revised front end with standard LED daytime running lights and redesigned inch wheels. New inch wheels, Euro-tuned sport shocks, and red-painted calipers are added to the available sport package. The two-door is still powered by a 3. A sleek vehicle with a sporty design, the Nissan Z comes in a choice between a hatchback coupe and a soft-top convertible. This year sees a few changes to its exterior styling, including a cleaner look to the restyled front lip spoiler and the addition of daytime LED running lights.

Other minor cosmetic changes have been made to the front end and rear styling. The muscular front end includes elegant contours which add to its athletic appearance, and its sweeping rear end portrays a retro look to the vehicle.

Standard equipment includes inch aluminum wheels, though inch rims are available as an option. The Sport Package includes these larger wheels and adds red brake calipers as well. Automatic bi-xenon headlights, heated mirrors, and keyless entry are also included as standard items.

The Nismo Z receives unique front and rear fascias, as well as a larger rear wing. These differences also improve the aerodynamics and overall performance of the car.

The interior of the Nissan Z features high grade materials and an overall appealing design. Attractive and comfortable, the Touring models especially receive luxury touches with the added leather and faux suede upholstery. Seating is comfortable and provides plenty of support for long rides.

The optional navigation system has a large screen that is easy to read and integrated well into the center console. Cargo space varies between body styles. The soft-top on the convertible does not impede cargo space when it is open, which is an advantage, and it operates easily, folding into place in about 20 seconds. The thick rear pillars, however, limit the view out the back of the car a bit. The optional rear view mirror back-up camera helps to mitigate this problem.

Standard equipment includes full power accessories, cruise control, and climate control. Audio and cruise controls are conveniently located on the steering wheel. The Touring editions feature a Bose premium sound system with six CD changer and eight total speakers with two subwoofers. Three months of provided service to Sirius XM satellite radio is also included, as well as Bluetooth wireless connectivity for hands-free calls.

The Nismo Z comes with a similar premium audio setup but with four speakers. The Nissan Z comes loaded with all the basic safety equipment that would be expected, such as four-wheel, anti-lock brakes, stability and traction control, front head airbags, and front side-mounted airbags.
